What Do You Do When Your Aquajet Dives Battery Eventually Dies?

The Aquajet Dive h2 battery should be good for over 1000 + charges so it will not die for a very long time but should you need a replacement battery you can buy here – REPLACEMENT H2 BATTERY

When is my order shipped?

We ship items in stock within 3-10  business days from the time payment is received and we have negotiated the best shipping options at the best prices. Due to the size and logistics of the items we sell we need this time to prepare, pack and order the courier or freight services. With regards to the current Covid situation and carriers being restricted we will work with you to find the best solution to ship the orders out.

What are the shipping rates?

For the Aquajet Dive H2 and the H3-R Hover Ark Radio-Controlled Smart Water Rescue Life Buoy, we work hard to bring you the cheapest shipping rates from companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, Sea Freight, or the most reputable carrier to or within your Country. 

REGARDING THE H3-R HOVER ARK WATER RESCUE DEVICE WHEN ORDERED IN BULK BY OFFICIAL BODIES WE WILL DISCUSS AND NEGOTIATE THE BEST SHIPPING COSTS. We do not profit on shipping and have a team dedicated to finding the best solution from factory to customer.

 

Where do you ship to and from?

We ship all around the world. We have certain items in stock in territories where we have distributors. The E-FOIL TAKUMA will be shipped from France to EU countries and either from France or the factory for countries outside the EU. The H3-R  Rescue Device will be shipped either from a local distributor or our factory in China. The Please see SHIPPING & RETURNS

Import Duty (Where applicable)?

Should your item be shipped from outside your country you may be liable for import/ customs duty. Arrangements can be made at time of purchase as we personally phone every customer to discuss their order or enquiry no matter how big or small.

How long will it take to get my order? (COVID DELAYS POSSIBLE)

This depends on where your item is shipped from and where you are in the world. There is a 3-10 day lead time to prepare and package from the date your payment is received. From there we only use the fastest Air and Sea couriers to your country’s destination,  so you are looking at between 7 – 15 days by Air and slightly longer by Sea Freight  depending on where you are located on the map. Many receive their items much sooner and full TRACKING details are provided.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 7 business days, please contact us.

Can I change my order after it's been Shipped?

After your order after has been SHIPPED it can be difficult. Because of this, we recommend calling us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need but should your order already be on the way to you by Air or Land courier we are unable to change your order and you will be bound by our terms in SHIPPING & RETURNS

How do I order?

We encourage you to place your order on the website which is securely encrypted and extremely safe to do so when it comes to the . You are free to contact us for any questions you have. The H3-R Rescue device will be paid by TT/ Bank Transfer or the most convenient we can negotiate.

What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for the smaller items on the website. We also take payments by Bank Wire Transfer, TT, and check (Checks must usually clear before product is shipped.) Due to the fact that we deal with so many Government and local government services all will be negotiated.

What is your Product Warranty Policy?

Our products are under a full 12 months warranty and we will do all we can to resolve any issues with your product should a problem arise whether it be of your or our origin.
