When is my order shipped?
We ship items in stock within 3 business days hours of the order being placed. Due to the size and logistics of the items we sell we need this time to prepare, pack and order the courier. With regards to Pre-order or Reserve items and manufacture to order items this shall be discussed with you at point of inquiry

For the Aquajet Dive H2 and the H3 Hover Ark Water Rescue Device we work hard to bring you FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING BY AIR AND LAND COURIER SERVICES such as FedEx, UPS, DHL or the most reputable carrier to or within your Country. For the Pre-order or Reserve items (Takuma) and Made to order products (Awake Ravik) shipping rates will be calculated at time of inquiry.
Where do you ship to and from?
We ship all around the world. We have certain items in stock in the USA, Australia and Philippines. The E-FOIL TAKUMA will be shipped from France to EU countries and either from France or the factory for countries outside the EU. The Awake RÄVIK Premium Electric Surfboard will be shipped from Sweden where they are engineered to perfection. The Please see SHIPPING & RETURNS
Import Duty (Where applicable)?
Should your item be shipped from outside your country you may be liable for import/ customs duty. Arrangements can be made at time of purchase as we personally phone every customer to discuss their order or enquiry no matter how big or small.
How long will it take to get my order?
This depends on where your item is shipped from and where you are in the world. There is a 3-day lead time to prepare and package. From there we only use the fastest Air couriers to your country’s destination, so you are looking at between 7 – 15 days depending on where you are located on the map. Many receive their items much sooner and full TRACKING details are provided. With regards to Pre-order or Reserve items this shall be discussed with you at point of inquiry
How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 5 business day, please contact us.
How can I change my order after it's been Shipped?
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been SHIPPED can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend calling us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need but should your order already be on the way to you by Air or Land courier we are unable to change your order and you will be bound by our terms in SHIPPING & RETURNS
